just avoid most of the games from nexion and perfect world.and you should find lots of non p2w.
FYI, not all of Nexon and Perfect World's games are P2W. Sure, CA from nexon has the most imbalanced cash shop I've seen in any F2P FPS. And some of PW games are P2W. But most of PWE and Nexon's games are'nt P2W. Don't judge a company by how they run their cash shops from just one game.

I think many ppl here already mentioned good games, so I will tell you one they didn't.
right now I'm playing Remnant Knights. It's F2P, and it's non-pay to win game, except you can buy some cosmetic stuffs like some costumes or things like that, but you get much better weapons and gears from mobs and farming. It's a MMORPG, so hope you will like it :))

ohhh!! It also has gangnam style dance emoticon too!!! :p

I'd say either League of Legends, Path of Exile (when it comes out) or buy a B2P game.

You could always try LoL, Heroes of Newerth, etc..
Mobas are usually pretty balanced when it comes to people who pay vs people who don't pay.

It seems this has already been spoken of, but league is a great game if you enjoy the art style. Game play is fast and fun!

um.. Regnum Online (also known as Realms Online) is not pay to win and has decent pvp(full RvR pvp, no penalties for killing an enemy player whatsoever)

It is more fully featured than LoL. While LoL is only instance based and lobby based, Regnum is a fullon live mmo where everything in the warzone is created by players.

What the difference between http://www.regnumonlinegame.com/ and http://realmsonline.gamesamba.com/ ?

Regnum is the Spanish/International version and Realms/Gamesamba was the North American version.  The Gamesamba version was originally launched for North America, but became International due to low player population.  Basically, Regnum was the only version for a long time and then sold publisher rights to Gamesamba for North America.  The North American version didn't do so well, so the servers were merged and it became International.  Now there's no difference between the versions and Gamesamba is just the Haven server.

If you don't mind text based games I recommend syrnia

It is a few years old now but has an awesome community

Syrnia is the online adventure land where the world changes according to the players behaviour. Are you able to discover the land of Syrnia, are you brave enough to beat other players on skills as mining, fishing, fighting, thieving and many more?

You will soon find out when playing Syrnia. You will never get bored because of the many upcoming updates and the many things to do in game.
When travelling across the Syrnia lands, you will meet a lot of new friends, which can help you, and if you really feel like a team you can build up a clan with it's own clan headquarters to fight other clans.

There will be a lot of different things to do, bad or good, it's all in Syrnia. Will you be the one who plunders the houses and robs the shops in Syrnia? Or will you be the hard worker, who fishes, mines or smiths very often? It's your decision! But you don't have to choose, you can practice all of the skills with the same character!
