I guess you could try DarkBlood, Team Fortress 2, AVA (maybe), crossfire, or slender (SP horror).

I've seen Aion run on Netbooks :P Gotta love that CryEngine!
Fortress attack/defense isn't anything possible but hey! W/E right?

(double posting because there's no edit option)

Runescape

not that I have played that nor Flyff, but since people tend to mention them for low specs, maybe you could try them out.

also, pretty sure most IGG games besides Wonderland Online work on old computers, but most are old and/or dying games.

Re: Medium - Low Spec MMORPG/MMORTS?
« Reply #57 on: October 03, 2012, 03:23 AM »
Hi, I have been looking for a medium - low spec mmorpg/mmorts to pass some time until I get a new computer, I would prefer an mmorpg over an mmorts but suggestions to both would be great I suppose. My computer does not let me use pando media booster, so that means no PWI etc. I played ROSE online for a while but I recently quit because I believe it is planning on changing to much for me to feel comfortable playing it.

Anyways, any suggestions to any games would be good as long as I can play them on my computer, I don't now the specs but I can tell you that I can play Vanguard on low/min in graphics but I can't play RaiderZ beta in min graphics.

Thanks in advance.

You should not underestimate the power of your computer. Anyway, try dragon nest. my cousin does not have a great computer as well but she can play the game w/ no prob. If you want you can try out browser games.

anyway,

Rose online is changing too much? i did not even know that rose online is still running. Are you on a private server?

there's a similar thread around, same forum page as this one. you can check some of the recommendations there.

No Pando Media Booster? Guess that means no NCsoft (Aion, City of Heroes, Lineage II) and Nexon (MapleStory, Vindictus, Dragon Nest) games as well...

As for free MMORTS games, the only one I can think of is AOE Online.

pretty sure some of those Nexon games have standalone installers.

There are a lot of private servers for rose online. but the global server is still up and running! try to look for it. im sure google will give you the link. anyway, this is out of topic.

Back to the topic: try running the games you WANT to play on low settings. I dont have the best computer but i can still run games that i never thought would work well with my computer.
