you get 3 per topic you create, so it would be around 1.4k/1.5k (since you need 1.6k points) and if you watch some forums, there are people with 16k posts, considering that, they would've gotten 50$.

It might not be the best place to ask this question, but I cannot but wonder why would the admins want to pay the community for posting in the forums ? There are so many forums that thrive without giving any incentive for their users. Is there any 'catch' in all this ?
