My longest time playing is well tied between a few games..

Champions of Norrath PS2: 24 Hours
My friend and I held a competition (two others where with us making a group of four) to see who could get the farthest in the game, and who could get the best loot.

P.S Lost the competition.. Fun thou!

RuneScape Browser F2P MMO: 24 Hours
Another competition on who could get the furthest (we all made a new accounts), 30+ (forget the exact number) people participated but only 11 of us actually stayed up, myself included.

P.P.S. Lost again.. Still fun thou

I mean of course I've spent 8 hours plus per sitting for Skyrim. and the same for some other games but those two are were the most fun.

16 hrs playing shin megami tensei imagine online (with breaks every now and then) and that was only because of the insane grind it has.

Mu Online-3 days non stop except for bathroom breaks ^_^ had to get me my mastery levels xD

Maplestory-2 days had to get me my legendary title

I think only about 5-6 hours... but with breaks for quick foods and bathroom and all that. Then again I never bothered to keep track, but I do know it was never suuuper long. The most I ever really do now seems to average at about 2 hours. =T

I would say roughly 68 hours without sleep, or any "breaks". That was a few mounts ago when SWTOR went life.

Think the longest I've ever gone without a break is about 2-3 hours since I'm always hungry and need to eat :9
