Pretty much bland. Good for Nintendo for finally getting their console on par with the others, but it's exactly that. They just now put something out that can match the PS3 and 360's graphical capabilities, but far too late to draw any of the people they were targeting imo. Why would anyone switch from a controller and what they are use to, to go to some hybrid controller with a screen that looks awfully clunky?
Sorry, but I'm sure the "hardcore" gamers as they said during E3 will just stick with what they've got. I don't think they met their middle ground target like they attempted too. Good attempt but it's still designed for casual gaming. I don't even want to imagine trying to play a shooter with that controller.
