Before the holiday break, Hi-Rez has dropped updates and announced new milestones for three of its games. The first update is SMITE's Fafnir's Wonderland patch, a holiday themed patch that adds a new PvE event with MMO style boss encounters. It also introduces this year's holiday themed skins. When players purchase the holiday chest containing these skins, $1 will be donated to Child's Play.

In addition to SMITE's update, Hi-Rez has also announced changes related to their Esports program. Of interest for SMITE fans is the addition of Twitch account linking, which will allow players to earn in game goodies for watching Hi-Rez channels on the streaming service.

In the world of Paladins, a new revamped nighttime map has been introduced for Serpent Beach. Ruckus also has a new skin -- Star Slayer.

Finally, Hi-Rez's newest game -- SMITE Tactics -- is in closed beta and players have been invited to start testing the game.
