Following Curse Of The Allflame Update Path Of Exile Announces Several Changes Based On Feedback
The changes will adjust charts and voyages, Abyss encounters, and more.

This past Friday (July 24), Grinding Gear Games released the latest Path of Exile season, Curse of the Allflame. And players spent the whole weekend working their way to endgame so they could get to the real seasonal content. And while doing that, those same players provided GGG with quite a bit of feedback.
The result is that yesterday, GGG shared a post detailing the changes that would be made based on this feedback. It covers quite a few things. The bulk of the post addresses changes being made to charts and voyages. Of course, we won’t list everything here… just some highlights. But you can read the full list on the free-to-play ARPG’s Steam page. Among the changes being made to charts and voyages are the elimination of th eneed to ujpgrade pieces for Vesper to engalbe Diviner, Arcanist, or Operative strongboxes, the reduction of the number of crab nests, the addition of 20 and 40% more scattered lootable objects for Laterns to find, and more.
On the topic of Abyss encounters, there’s only one real change. The devs will be adjusting the rewards.
The post going on to discuss Luminary and Mercenaries of Trarthus, specifically the fact that players felt the Mercenaries don’t contribute enough to Luminary Ascendancy. The devs wll be taking several steps to deal with this, including putting more support gems in maps and adjusting the damage scaling on attack damage from hire Mercenaries. As noted above, more details on that, as well as a list of bug fixes can be found on the Path of Exile Steam Page.
On an additional note, the Curse of the Allflame Mystery Box is available to purchase. The box has 56 microtransactions, but no duplicates.
