MapleStory Classic World Announces Release Date
And yes, there are Founder’s Packs.
The last MapleStory Classic World Closed Beta Test was fairly successful, as indicated by stats shared on the Nexon site by Chief Product Officer Inkwell. And now that it’s done, the devs are ready to announce the next stage for the upcoming free-to-play MMORPG… Launch. (Yes, it seems we’re skipping over open beta. But considering that that stage of development really just functions as a soft launch half the time, it’s probably not that big of a deal.)
Over the weekend Nexon announced that the game would be launching on October 21. It’s what they’re calling the “Grand Launch”. That’s because there will be an early access for those who purchase a Founder’s Package. Those people will be able to access the game a little over two week early on October 6. The packs will go on sale on September 2.
So, mark your calendars, and (if you’re planning on purchasing a Founder’s Pack) prepare your wallets.
