Lost Ark Server Merge 2026

Smilegate and Amazon are gearing up for a round of Lost Ark server merges impacting players in both North America and Europe. Specifically, players on the free-to-play MMORPG’s NA East and EU Central servers will go through two rounds of mergers in August and September.

The first phase, taking place on August 26 will merge NA East’s Nineveh into Balthorr, Lutgerra into Vairgrys, and Brelshaza into Thaemine. At the same time EU Central’s Ortuus will merge with Arcturus and Ratik will merge with Elpon.

The second phase is slated for September 2. On this say players of the recently merged Balthor (that means Nineveh too) will become part of Inanna. For EU Central, Gienah player will join the newly merged Arcturus.

The devs summarized the final results in a handy chart on the announcement. They also provided a list of to-do items for anyone being caught up in the merge. That’s things like claiming all current rewards, using Card XP, and clearing the auction house before the mergers start taking place. There’s also a list of what to expect, a FAQ, information on how this will impact characters and character slots, and more.
