Star Trek Online’s Rediscovered Update Celebrates 60 Years Of The IP With A Trip Through Spock’s Life
Ethan Peck and Piotr Michael reprise their roles as our favorite Vulkan at different ages.

It’s a little wild to think that Star Trek is turning 60. But it is. And, as you’d expect, Star Trek Online is celebrating in their own way. Specifically, the upcoming Rediscovered update will allow players to spend time with Spock “through the ages”.
To achieve this, Cryptic has brought Ethan Peck who plays Lieutenant Spock in Strange New Worlds and Poitr Michael who played Captain Spock in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country on to bring their voices to the free-to-play MMORPG. They’ve also pulled archival dialog from Leonard Nimoy to bring him back to the game.
The update will introduce several bits of new content to the game, including a new episode that takes place in 2409, a new Klingon-focused TFO, a new event, 60 th anniversary goodies, and more. There’s even a new feature that will allow players to gift items from the Zen Store. That’s a feature everyone wants. Just be sure not to abuse it.
Rediscovered will launch on PC on September 22. Those on console can expect it on November 10.
