Who Wants A RuneScape Monopoly Game? Because One Is On The Way

If you don’t get enough RuneScape action online, or just want a new way to share it with friends – and you also enjoy a bit of torture – you might be excited to hear that Jagex has announced a Special RuneScape Edition of Monopoly. It’s everything you’d expect from Monopoly but set in Gielinor. And instead of setting up houses and hotels, it’s houses and castles. Properties include places like Lumbridge, Varrok, Canifis, and Prifddanas. There are even special tokens, including a cabbat and Bob the Cat.

The game is available on the RuneScape Merch Store, which has recently reopened as part of the long-running free-to-play MMORPG’s 25th anniversary. It’s expected to ship in October and – at least during the pre-order phase, will run players $50 USD. Of course, the shop is stocked with other goodies as well.
