The only MMO games I’m truly looking forward to at the moment are Kingdom Under Fire 2 and Conqueror’s Blade (formerly War Rage). Other upcoming titles are either too meh to be excited about (Black Squad), too uncertain / far away (Enlisted, Total War Arena), or come in the form of major updates rather than standalone games (fleet in War Thunder, open map in Warframe).

About Warframe, the game has been doing “different” stuff for 3 years now, Archwing, Lunaro, Raids and even a sidescroll shooter within the game, so trying a full fledged open zone doesn’t come to me as an “innovation” at this point, I’m glad it’s going this way but i’m not hyped for it. As for random stuff that was said: There are already interactable zones with interactible NPCs in the game they are called the Relays, there’s Quest NPCs, Faction HUBs, Vendors and Practice Rooms. On another note the bird shooting is a bit of an inside joke since they anounced that bird 3 years ago and they only put the asset in the game now so everyone was laughing and cheering for it as a sarcasm to “3 years developing a bird”. As for “…you need to get to max level to do stuff…” I don’t think it will, you probably will need to run the basic story quests but if you do them with help you might be there quite low on mastery rank.
Da-Bomb to Secret World Legends, I’m 50 and I’m getting ready to run elites, the “Last train from Cairo” went straight to my top 5 best quests in MMOs I ever played. Da-Bomb to Warframe, keep at it DE, Warframe is definitly one of the high standards F2P game out there and these reveals and leaps are exactly why. A-Bomb to Riot, come on, for a couple years at the start everyone would thought that LoL would get sued from Blizzard and end up crash and burned and now this is news it’s just too ironic not to mention.
Question of the Week, things I’m expecting to come out, Path of Exile: Fall of Oriath in August, Fortnight around the same time, Dauntless and Warframe’s Plains of Eidolon towards the end of the year.

One big word of warning to Troy, HoT was designed for veterans so if you aren’t used to the combat system you’re going to die often. I HIGHLY suggest leveling a character normally first.
