Madame Magda Offers Wizard101 Players A Chance To Test Themselves In the Portal Of Peril
The Portal brings back Housing Gauntlets due to player demand.
The fortune teller Madame Magda has a challenge for Wizard101 players level 30 or higher. She’d like to see how you fare in her Portal of Peril, a three-tiered challenge featuring the popular Housing Gauntlets. The challenge is part of an update of the same name. Adding onto the MMORPG’s story, the update has players solving the mystery of a professor gone rogue. Note that while part of the current update, the Portal of Peril event begins on April 23.
Players will also be excited to know that the update expands on Wizard101’s social features with the introduction of the Pixie Post. Now, messages can be delivered all over the Spiral with the help of specially trained Pixies. This should pair well with the Quest Friend Finder, which offers players a new way to find friends to do things with when their normal crew isn’t around.
Other improvements included in the Portal of Peril update are Spell Card Inspection, Badge Revamps, changes to the Arc 2 Spellements, and more.
