Allods Online’s upcoming Immortality update will add the game’s eighth playable race, one made up of divine creatures called Aeds. Aeds have a unique relationship with the universe, and arrived in the world with memories that predate even their own race. As such, they possess unique abilties, such as the Psionicist ability which allows them to alter space to swap places with an enemy.

This new race is fond of meditation, believing that they must maintain a peaceful presence in order to access the secrets of the universe. When they arrived in Sarnaut, they were forced to adapt and learn to survive in a more unpredictable environment. Luckily, they were able to do so quickly.

Aeds are strong, un-aging, not prone to sickness, and unlikely to succumb to poison. Death among this race is a rarity.

You can find out more about the Aed race by reading the full profile on the Allods site.

I remember that I spend over 1600£ in total of 2 accounts on this game. But I quitted since it took the support 7 months to transfer over my old acc to a new email.

Night Elves meet Draenei. Such a rip off. And AEDS!? Really? Sounds like Aids. Someone shoot the person who came up with that name, cause he’s a fekking idiot.

In Russian “Aeds” doesn’t sound like AIDS, it sounds more like “aheads”. … Even AIDS doesn’t sound like AIDS in Russian come to think of it lol. What I’m getting at is that it’s not a matter of bad name, it’s a matter of lazy translation.

Singular is Aedos I think. But yeah, the name could have been a bit better. My guess is they chose it to fit the Roman theme of the race.
