Epic Games' Free Offerings Are All About Board Game Adaptations This Week
If you're a fan of board games, then you've likely heard of this week's free offerings on the Epic Games Store. This time, EGS is offering players a chance to pick up the tile-placement game Carcassone and the train board game Ticket to Ride for free. Both games normally run about $10 and are a good bet for anyone looking to get that multiplayer party game thing happening.
It should be noted, however, that both also have several DLC packs not included in the free offering. So, even at the discounted rate, you'll be throwing down about $20 on Carcassone and $40 on Ticket to Ride if you want everything. Still, both games are perfectly playable without the DLC, so you may as well snag the offers while you can.
