Guild Wars 2's Elementalist Will Get To Use Pistols In 2024, Take A Look

Guild Wars 2 is further expanding weapon proficiencies in 2024, and today they unveiled the pistol-wielding Elementalist class.

The pistol will be a condition-based weapon that brings a hefty amount of mobility, crowd control, and damage to the Elementalist in the MMORPG.

Elemental ammunition will be part of the class's new weapon, with each non-auto attack either creating or using an elemental bullet. Elemental bullets will gain a bonus effect based on the type of element. Pistol Elementalists in Guild Wars 2 will be able to attune to multiple elements at once for a multi-elemental dual attack.

There will be a full Guild Wars 2 reveal livestream for the pistol Elementalist on November 27th, and an expanded weapon proficiency beta that runs from November 28th through December 3rd.
