SGF 2022: Outriders "Worldslayer" Co-Op Trailer Slides Into The Show, End-Game Reveal Tomorrow
Experience new environments, enemies, and features either solo or with friends.
Square Enix and People Can Fly's RPG shooter Outriders appeared during Summer Game Fest to reveal a co-op trailer for the upcoming "Worldslayer" expansion. Also, coming tomorrow, fans can tune in to the Outriders Endgame Broadcast at 2:45 Eastern Time on Twitch to learn more about what's to come.
Players will face the challenges of Enoch in the Worldslayer update, exploring new environments, going toe-to-toe with unique enemies, and engaging with fresh systems in solo or co-op gameplay. In fact, the trailer showed off at the Summer Game Fest captures the intense encounters fans can expect on the horizon. Outside of a closer look at some of the enemies and sick guns you can obtain, long-term progression systems and an involved endgame seem to be the priority for the depth of the Worldslayer expansion.
Outriders have been in a tough spot in the financial department, but perhaps the developers can swing around the momentum of the IP with this expansion. Worldslayer is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Xbox Game Pass on June 30. We'll be covering the Endgame Broadcast tomorrow, so stay tuned for more updates on the main takeaways from the expansion's later half.
