The Triple-i Initiative

As promised a couple of days ago, Triple-i Interactive hosted the Triple-i Initiative stream today, making over 30 announcements in about 45 minutes. Most of these were single-player games. In fact, there were enough rogue-likes in the lineup that the stream suggested viewers do ten push-ups every time they saw one.

Although, one of these rogue-likes is multiplayer. It even tells you in the name “33 Immortals”. The only brand new multiplayer announcement out of the lot, 33 Immortals casts players in the roles of damned souls rebelling against God’s final judgment.

The stream did offer us the briefest glimpse at a new feature coming to Palworld – Arena. This can be seen at about 51 minutes into the stream and just offers a date of sometime this year. You'll be able to battle your friends with your Pals, soon!

The most exciting bit of content for multiplayer fans watching the stream will likely be the gameplay trailer for V Rising’s Legacy of Castlevania crossover. It’s about two minutes and, yes, you do get to see some combat. You don’t have to go looking for that one, we have it right here.

Finally, if we have any cozy game fans, there’s a smidge of good news for you. The game My Time at Sandrock is getting cross-platform co-op multiplayer for PC and consoles. If you’re unfamiliar with it, the teaser can be found at 20 minutes 49 seconds in.

As we said, the rest of the content is pretty much single-player, but there are some cool-looking games in there. Of course, the whole stream is available to watch below.
