Block Off The Street! Fortnite Throwing A Block Party In June
It looks like June is going to be a hot month in more ways than one -- unless you live in the Southern Hemisphere. Then you'll just be cold with a chance to warm your heart with hot gaming-related activities.
As always, E3 is set to take place around the middle of June -- June 11th - 13th to be exact. But that won't be the only big gaming event this year. Immediately following that -- June 15 and 16, Epic games will be hosting the first-ever Fortnite Summer Block party in Los Angeles.
The two-day event celebrates the Fortnite community and will feature well known content creators and celebrities. Yes, that includes Ninja. Other attendees listed are Dillon Francis, KittyPlays, Cray and Jordan Fisher, and Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco. During the event, these celebrities will compete in the first-ever Creative tournament. There will also be a Celebrity Pro-Am event.
Those hoping to attend the Block Party in person will need to buy tickets. Prices start at $35 and they grant players access to both days of the event. Tickets are available to purchase now, with sales closing on May 13 at 10pm. Players can pre-register on the Tickemaster Verified site.
