Deceive Inc.’s Operation Overhaul Has Finally Arrived, Just In Time For A Free Weekend
And folks can try it out for free.
Tripwire Interactive and Sweet Bandits Studios have been teasing a big update to their spy game, Deceive Inc. Today, that update, “Operation Overhaul”, has finally been pushed bringing the quality of live improvements and combat tweaks players have been asking for since launch.
The update’s improvements are intended to make the play experience more comfortable for players. The list of changes is fairly long, but big ticket items include updated controller handling, map enhancements, the introduction of more first aid vials throughout the maps, and even private lobby sandboxes.
There’s also a new system for getting new players into the game – which will come in handy during this free weekend. The system includes adding enemy “spy bots” in the matchmaking experience in order to teach players how to survive against players that have been at it longer.
