As Delta Force Celebrates Big Numbers On Steam, Signups Open For The Invitational Tournament
Players can fight for their share of a $500K prize pool.
Things are going great for Team Jade’s free-to-play FPS Delta Force. The company revealed today that the game has hit a new concurrent player record on Steam, making it the fourth most played game on the platform with over 19K players. This milestone comes after the developer released the largest content update for the game so far.
At the same time, Team Jade has announced the Delta Force invitational. This esports tournament focuses on the game’s Operations mode and offers players a chance at their share of a $500K USD prize pool. The tournament is open to players in North America, Europe, mainland China, Japan, South Korea, MEA, LATAM, and Pan-Pacific. Sign-ups are open now, and anyone interested will want to head over to the Delta Force website and get their name on the roster so they can take part in the August 2 qualifier.
