Everquest II's Kunark Ascending Expansion Set For Release November 15
The upcoming expansion to Daybreak Games' free-to-play MMO Everquest II will go live November 15th, according to the expansion store page. As is generally the case, Daybreak is offering three different pre-order packages for players to choose from. Each will provide players with access to all previous expansion content and immediate access to the beta. The packages range in price from $35 to $140 and offer both character and account bound items. In addition, there is also a $30 consumable pack containing a variety of useful items.
Kunark Ascending continues the story of Lanys T'Vyl's quest for power and attempt to acquire the final Chaos Stone. Players must return to Kunark to stop Lanys.
Aside from continuing this story line, Kunark Ascending also adds new Solo, Heroic, and Raid dungeons, 4 new Ascension classes, and upgrades to epic weapons.
