Exoprimal Season 3

Exoprimal Season 3 goes live today, which means so does the Monster Hunter collaboration and new Beta variant Exosuits.

In this crossover, players will encounter monster tracks in Dino Survival matches, leading to a special Monster Hunter mission where Exofighters face the iconic Rathalos and Velociprey in a co-op boss fight with a party of 10 players. The collaboration introduces cosmetic sets inspired by Monster Hunter, as well as emotes, charms, decals, and Comm Wheel stamps.

Additionally, the new season features a new boss fight against a Neo Triceratops, offering a challenging 10-player co-op battle. The update introduces Beta variant Exosuits too, all with unique weaponry and playstyles. Deadeye Beta wields an energy machine gun, Barrage Beta carries a flamethrower, Roadblock Beta has a counter-attacking shield, and Skywave Beta can now create barriers in addition to healing. Also, there's a new map: the Jungle — which encourages close-quarters and mid-range combat.

The shooter's season also brings various limited-time events, including a Lunar New Year Campaign and a Chocolate Campaign. Furthermore, Capcom teases Season 4, scheduled for April 2024, with details about a "Time Loop Rebellion" 10-player co-op challenge mode, a "Custom Match" mode for cross-platform play, additional Beta variant Exosuits, and a third collaboration.
