Taking A Bit More Time Than Usual, Grinding Gear Games Outlines Path Of Exile’s 3.23 Expansion Timeline
There’s a lot happening in December.
If you’re wondering what’s going on with Path of Exile’s 3.23 expansion, Grinding Gear Games has you covered. The community team dropped a short post on the game’s forums today offering a brief timeline. The expansion is slated to drop in early December. The devs had considered dropping it sooner but decided to take more time and get things right.
Because the release takes place later than initially thought, players will find that the current Ancestor League will run for an additional few weeks. To account for this, the developers have decided to run three in-game events. Each will last about a week.
In addition to the 3.23 expansion information, the post also notes that the team will begin providing more information on Path of Exile 2. The next showcase will take place at the same time as the 3.23 livestream in November.
Finally, a new set of Core Supporter Packs will be released during the stream as well. Players who haven’t picked up the current packs, but want to, will need to do so before then.
