Sea Of Thieves Cinematic Trailer Debuts New "The Sirens' Prize" Adventure And Launches Thursday
As the seventh Adventure launching in Season 7, that's quite a coincidence.
Rare has released a cinematic trailer on Youtube that debuts Sea of Thieves' seventh playable adventure coming on September 15 called "The Sirens' Prize." Following the two-to-three-week trend of past adventure introductions, the new content will be live until September 29 and supposedly will send players beneath the waves for unknown reasons.
"The Sirens' Prize" trailer begins with the well-traveled crab in the Sea of Thieves cinematic universe, seen traipsing across dusty books that topple over and reveal Belle surfing through the pages. She's hunting for some forbidden information, it seems, and eventually locates a forboding prophecized scripture, leading to her jumping on her trusty buoy and diving below the waves for who knows what. Without a doubt, players will be following Belle in this story-driven event on Thursday.
Currently, Sea of Thieves is knee-deep in Season 7, so this comes during a great time to keep players invested in the game. Also, the last adventure ended on August 1, so fans can finally jump into another one that will expand the Sea of Thieves story and world. Details are sparse now, but players can watch the trailer ahead of "The Sirens' Prize" release.
