How to get and use your Key:

1. Log in to your MMOBomb account to get your key. If you don’t have one, register for free HERE.
2. Copy and paste your key to a safe place as you may not be able to retrieve it once closing your browser.
3. Please wait until the test starts. (January 24) It won’t download the game on Steam right now.
4. Head over to Steam to redeem it when the Closed Beta starts – the CBT runs between January 24th and January 30th, 2013. The game servers will open from (PST) 10:00 to 01:00 next day (15 hours a day).

  7. So far i find this game to be quite lame and without much interest.
    I know that it’s alpha but woah… the character are badly adjusted as melee char are lame and everyone play ranged character that do same or double damage of the melee which ruin the game.
    Game mechanics are slow and rigid
    Graphics are good, could be better on some part and map design is interesting

    • yeah i agree @Hacchan
      the worst part is that when u respawn from death they can wait in ur base and kill you should’ve put some kind of block from base to base and some long range and specific character are overpowering the other characters

      • At least if they added more move such as dash etc or make the melee character stronger and actually worth playing it would help to keep the balance.

        Problem is that there’s no actual dash, when you block you stand still and can’t move which, make you easy target.
        The ranged character with akimbo revolver and the rifle can take down any character from 1 to 5 hit only and reload her weapon way too fast (0.5-1s) she’s fast moving and kind of outclass any melee, only a ranged can get her or if a whole team gank her..

  17. Just played this and honestly I am pretty disappointed. It is a old concept that hasn’t been used in awhile at least on the English market however unlike most games of this type there are only a few combos per character and the characters all move in clunky ways making the combat not feel very smooth (see Infinity Online and Rakion).

  25. MMOBOMB mod please I had a key got it super early but as it said did not register it at all , and now my girlfriend cleaned my email address with the “back up key” email is there any way i can find my key through my profile settings ? or email tried to “undelete” with no luck 🙁 thanks

  30. When you guys got the key, you can activated it right now, it means the ArchBlade game is already redeemed in your account but you cant download it right now, you need to wait until January 24 2013

    • If u look for the games webpage, its actually easier to get a key then starving in here. lol, not saying this giveaway is pointless, i got one from here but i ended up forgeting to go to steam and activate it right away, so i kinda lost it, then i went to the game’s webpage and got a new key just by verifieing my mail.

  38. I do agree with you FD Stalker, a “First Look” would be great. However, if you look on Youtube, you can find videos showcasing all the characters, and it’s pretty much “Kind” of like a first look I suppose. The username is Kingnut, and he does this. However, you’ll get fed up with his voice pretty quick, and his use of the word “Freaking” every 10 seconds…

    I was one of the few I imagine to make it through his video… I did enjoy seeing the characters, and if you simply put the video on mute, it should be manageable to watch. I’ve already selected a few characters I plan on making my “Favorites”. Should give the video a look, if anything, at the very least, you’ll cry laughing so hard at his voice and use of “Freaking” haha.

  41. my key wont show up, why is that? when i first clicked redeem, the yellow thing when away, but nothing. refreshed it and clicked again thnking it would show my key, but just says i can only get one key.

  47. This is the fourth time this game has fooled me.
    For four times, I clicked to check on this thinking it was about ArcheAGE (in here and on some other MMO sites).

    The first time, I even got to the steam page thinking that in a twisted turn of events ArcheAGE was already ready for the western world.

    I know I’m the only one to blame, but they could’ve at least changed the logo’s font or something, unless it’s deliberate.

  73. Well this looks very interesting but, nah i think i won’t take my time to play this and go make me a peanut butter and jelly sammich instead.. Who knows after i eat it there may be some fighting involved and when i mean fighting i mean the fabulous world of trolling and seeing how many people will comment back to put their two cents in and even go beyond the idea of typing paragraphs to tell you “hey buddy it upset me you typed this… i mean idc that you typed it just the fact that it hurt me alittle inside and i gotta type something back cause if i don’t i won’t have my dignity or input in this situation :(…” Why do you gotta troll!!!   85. This game looks awesome. Seems like more and more games are releasing that have a realtime fighting system. From GW2 to RaiderZ. Hope this is a good one.
