How to get and use your Key:
1. Log in to your MMOBomb account to get your key. If you don’t have one, register for free HERE.
2. Copy and paste your key to a safe place as you may not be able to retrieve it once closing your browser.
3. Visit http://warpportal.com/
4. Press Login or Register (if you do not have an account)
5. Press ‘Add a New Game Account’
6. Select the Maestia game icon (Attention Closed Beta only starts on June 14th)
7. Fill out the requested information
8. Input the CBT Key Code, under ‘CBT Code’
9. Press ‘Register’ to complete the account creation process
10. Make sure you never miss a giveaway, follow our updates via Facebook, Twitter or sign up for our daily newsletter, it´s free!

I’m having the same problem as Aata, it gives me the option to create a game account for all there other games, but there isn’t an option for maestia
The closed beta only starts on June 12th so wait a few more days
