We used to have good folks there, a community, it wasn’t much but life was simple and good.
Then these nightmarish creatures came and we were not equipped for it, we were farmers not monster hunters.
When outsiders came, we thought the wind changed, we thought this would the help we had been waiting for.

Some of us stayed, we tried to convince them, but they would not leave their houses, in the end only the ones who left survived.
It’s been a while away from the bayou, I trained and became a good shot, I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to come back and try to get back our lands.
