CCP’s Eve Fanfest Returns In 2022
It’s been more than two years since the last live Eve event.
Good news, capsuleers! After a really long, covid-forced wait, CCP is ready to bring their favorite Eve Online event back to Reykjavik. The Eve Fanfest is scheduled to be held in person in the Laugardalshöll Sport Center in Reykjavik, Iceland this coming May. This will be the first in-person event held by CCP since the Eve Invasion World Tour in 2019.
Plans are for the Fanfest to be pretty much what Eve players are used to with panels, ceremonies, and even pub crawls. Of course, there will still be Covid-related guidelines attendees will have to follow. This includes proof of vaccination but you’ll have plenty of time to get that sorted since the event is taking place May 5-8, 2022. CCP also notes they’re working with local authorities to make sure the event is as safe as possible.
