In terms of gameplay this is one of the best arcade-like beat em ups, this shoulda been a standalone game with online/local PvP and Coop instead of an MMO. The game its excessively grindy, pay2win, boring quest system, hackers destroyed the economy. etc. Would be awesome if Elsword got remade as a offline game with online features and the quest system was mostly removed to focus more on a story mode and it got expanded with good DLC content. Also they should go full metroidvania with the world since it fits this game like a glove. Elsword is a game I believe has immense potential and is wasted as a shitty MMO. MMOs as they are now are pretty much the equivalent of Mobile "Gaming" but for PC.
