Fractured Space March Update Adds Custom Matches
Edge Case Games is adding custom matches to its free-to-play team-based space combat game, Fractured Space. The new feature -- announced in a press release earlier today -- offers players the opportunity to put together matches with friends. The system will allow for anything from one-on-one to five-on-five matches, making it perfect for everything from a fast and friendly game to clan training.
Players will be able to decide the number of players and the game mode before inviting others to the match. To make things easier, ranks and Matchmaking Rating will be made visible to help with balancing.
Players wanting to set up more public challenges and find members for their teams can take advantage of the newly created Steam community group, Fractured Fight Club.
In addition to the announcement of the custom matches, the Fractured Space Team has also released a new ship flyby video...seen above.
