New Blue Protocol Trailer Offers Players A Peek At The Game’s Classes
...And just a tiny bit of lore.
Bandai Namco’s Blue Protocol is still a good bit away from its western launch sometime next year nd, while we don’t know the actual date yet, the fact that Amazon dropped a class trailer in English today makes it seem like early 2024 could be a good bet for those of you waiting on the MMORPG.
The trailer, titled Fight for the Future, begins by telling players that in the future a “long-forgotten evil will awaken” in the world of Regnas, destroying it. Of course, it’s up to players to take up weapons and defend the planet, sacrificing themselves to save the future.
Players can choose between 5 classes. The first is Blade Warden – which looks a bit like a Paladin. Keen Strider is the Archer class. For those who like dual blades, there’s the Twin Striker. Foe Breaker seems to be something between a Warrior and a gun-wielding class. And as for the pure magic class, we have the Spell Weaver. Of course, for those of you playing on the Japanese servers already, you know all of this, but for everyone else, all of these can be seen in action in the video below.
