The Hunt: Showdown Kicks Off “Tide Of Shadows” Live Event
The event introduces the “Wild Target” category.
The Hunt: Showdown’s next big boss, Rotjaw has arrived. Along with it comes the new “Tide of Shadows” Live Event introducing Rotjaw as a new Boss category – the Wild Target. This type of monster can’t be found in the compound. Players will have to go out into the Bayou and hope they find it before it finds them.
The event also introduces new Pacts: the Primal, Smuggler, and Grounded Pacts. Each has its own lore and origins as well as new Legendary Weapons and Equipment. The weapons and equipment will be associated with three new unlockable factions.
Unlocking rewards during the Live Event will require players to earn Event Points. As with any game, players will need to complete various objectives to earn these points, which can then be exchanged for rewards.
