For you see those items passed through my hands in many times and forms, as it began when an explorer found a cave far larger than the norm.
She explored the cave where she found a path that lead to a dragon's den, fearing not the danger she traveled deep within.
She found the beast guarding a treasure not of gold, but of ore used in armor whose worthy wearers are only the most bold.
It wasn't long before her story though my ears they passed, and I knew the raiders perfect for this task.
Through hard fought battle the raiders thoroughly slayed the beast, while I prepared my pickaxe for its greatest feast.
To my surprise after the fight the raiders seemed rather dower, as what the dragon left behind left them feeling rather sour.
They think the greatest objects should not be sold from this humble merchant's wagon, but they should instead come fully formed from the belly of a dragon!
They believe only battles with their guild are worthy of their time, and that those who choose to work alone are clearly out of their mind.
What of the farmers who make the food and the crafters who hone their skill, the explores who search every corner for the monsters to kill?
Are their contributions not worthy of calling this world their home, even though they do these things while choosing to work alone?
If gods of this world truly made it with the proper care, then to all kinds of adventures the world should be fair.
The explorers and crafters think they work alone while the raiders think they are the only worthy groups, but in reality they are all united through commerce's great loops.
I offered to buy the remains to which the raiders quickly sold, for I see their potential that will soon unfold.
I took the remains and ore to the greatest crafters and smiths in the land, who made items from them as part of my plan.
Very soon this humble merchant sells the items away, to the very same raiders who scoffed at the dragon's remains that day.
For you see the real story is not of the dragon's fall, but rather how in the end the merchant's coin connects them all.
The GAME DEVS need to say ..WHAT IS THIS GAME WORTH TO PLAY? even though its being released for FREE!
So what all this means, is....a GAME DEV accounts their FREE games to a value..
lets say.. 50 bucks.. (approx) to play, Which they SHOULD then divide their SHOP items, mixed up to be the value of 50 bucks, and no more. This way a player can not go over the limit and the game gets paid for.
Of course, there will be the player who stupidly wants to buy multiple amounts of the same items. thiose can not be helped
This sort of rule would deter the regimental order of game developers who are purely in existence for greed which is ruining the game industriy currently..
it seems if your in pandemic and financially the world is in debt its showing that some game devs just want to milk the cows way too much without any rules..
blah bloody blah.. :?)
This approach to game development has and should deter this greed for bleeding players dry.
