While I get why Blizzard responded the way they did from a purely business perspective and a desire to not have their events mired in politics at some point an appeal for basic human rights should override those concerns. I'm glad they at least walked the punishment back a bit. I hope this serves as a bit of a warning to companies and investors; if you are going to dance with the devil for some extra cash don't be surprised if you find yourself getting toasty in H E double hockey sticks. I hope they don't turn down the heat too quickly though because I have a truck load of popcorn to pop in preparation for Blizzcon.
P.S. While I am from a part of North America with French influence it's the part that just had a big helping of gator meat not the part covered in snow. I use H E double hockey sticks because it's just more fun to say.
