"Now when it comes to Hearthstone our support on it is very limited as we don't have the same kind of logs on it like we would on World of Warcraft. When it comes to a card getting turned to dust or it just disappearing we have no way to see when this happened or why as that does not show up in our logs." - Customer Service Representative
Blizzard keeps going downhill, if anything happens to your cards, they'll have no way of getting them back regardless if it's their fault or not. I would say you should be wary with buying any decks from them. Just in case this is a known issue, everyone should check to see if their Mind Control Tech card is missing.
