A Scythe-Wielding Demon Joins The GrandChase Classic Lineup
Dio is the game’s first character to use the Action Point System.
A new playable character is now available in KOG Games’ action fighting game GrandChase Classic. Named “Dio”, the character is a demon from a noble bloodline whose power is embodied by a massive scythe, the Soul Reaver. Dio differs from other GrandChase characters in that he uses an Action Point system rather than the Mana Point system in combat. This allows players to focus on obtaining resources in a way that doesn’t require them to constantly be attacking things. It also allows players to pick up to five skills to use, creating a wider variety of combos. Special and Techniques are included in the skills that players can choose from when building Dio’s kit.
In addition to Dio’s launch, GrandChase Classic is also celebrating Christmas. The game’s holiday event runs through December 28, during which time players will receive daily rewards. They can also look for Santa, who’s taken to hanging out in dungeons for some reason, and collect gift fragments from him. Those can be used to craft holiday-themed costumes.
