Ark: Survival Evolved Drops Final Creature Just In Time For Eighth Anniversary
This isn't the end of the Ark universe, though.
It’s been eight years since Ark: Survival Evolved entered Early Access on Steam. Now, the survival game’s developer, Studio Wildcard, has dropped the final creature to be added to the game – Rhynignatha. Imagine a giant, flying bug. It’s less annoying than you might imagine. In fact, it’s pretty helpful, using a quick-hardening resin to carry large objects around bases. Tribes will certainly be happy to have them.
Rhynigantha being the Ark: Survival Evolved’s final critter doesn’t mean the end of the Ark universe. Players have both Ark: Survival Ascended and Ark 2 to look forward to in the future. Ascended arrives sometime this fall. Ark 2 is a bit further out. There’s also The Animated Series in the works as well.
