Bloodhunt’s First Major (Early Access) Update Arrives Just In Time For Halloween
Act 2 adds new story content, challenges, and more.
Today, Sharkmob announced the first major update for its Vampire: The Masquerade battle royale Bloodhunt. Titled Act 2, the update introduces new story content, daily challenges, vanity items, and even opens up new areas on the map. It also introduces the game’s first holiday-related content – just in time for Halloween. This includes a spooky new quest line with rewards, vanity items, and more.
Another new addition to the game is a new indoor battle arena. Apparently, players wanted to be able to fight indoors, and why not? Which vampire mom is going to tell the kids to take it outside? At any rate, players can now fight in the Rudolfinum Concert Hall, so have fun with that.
Of course, the update also includes general gameplay improvements. Archetypes and weapons have been rebalanced. Climbing mechanics are optimized, and the devs have taken some time to address some player concerns. Full details on the update are, as always, available in the latest patch notes.
