No Brains Required? Counter-Strike Nexon: Zombies Hits Open Beta
If you haven't gotten your fill of shooting zombies -- and really, who has? -- then now's the perfect time to jump into Nexon Europe's mash-up title Counter-Strike Nexon: Zombies, which just went into open beta on Steam. Whew, that's a mouthful.
CSN:Z features "unpredictable wild zombies and new game modes," according to a press release and will launch in early October. Really, though, how many different game modes do you need? There's the one where you kill zombies, the one where you kill more zombies, and the one where you... kill even more zombies?
If you're skeptical about this (clearly high-quality) mod, you're not alone: As of this writing, the absurdly brief teaser video above has the dubious distinction of being a rare YouTube video with more thumbs-downs than thumbs-up. It's not quite as, uh, "popular" as this abomination, but hey... give it time.
So, what do you think? Does CSI:SVU, I mean, CSN:Z look like something you'll want to try out or avoid like the (zombie) plague?
