We’re almost at the end of the Echo of Soul class reveals for Aeria Games’ upcoming free to play MMORPG. With the last Warrior reveal being a bit lackluster, in my opinion, I wasn’t holding out too much hope for this most recent reveal, the Guardian class.

While the video above didn’t shock or amaze me, I did rather like the spear combat that the Guardian specializes in. It’s very “Dragoon” when you look at it, and I’m fine with that. As for the Guardian class itself, their power is derived from their communing with nature and charging their attacks with either earth or lighting power. These attacks can also restore vitality to the Guardian making them highly survivable.

As with all classes in Echo of Soul, the Guardian can specialize in one of two ways. For those that like a tanking option, Earthguard specialization makes you a viable off tank (and sometimes main tank) and gives you the power to stun enemies to keep them in place. The Stormguard specialization lets you turn into an AOE machine and rain lightning down on your foes.

With beta starting sometime next month, head on over to the game’s website and sign up.

Aeria has had a few boarder line p2w but not often and don’t say eden eternal cause i have never spent money on that game and have all the best cosmetics. most of the best items are in the auction house and you can get all of the best items on the crystal market and you can get eden crystals from fragments which you farm or buying them on the auction house or even using loyalty points

if you dont like the item mall or shop or whatever is called in a game, just try yourself to do a game without getting P2W concept, then you will see how hard it is and nearly impossible to do this, they have to pay those people who maintain the game and many other things, you think everything you buy goes in they`r pockets?no is not.Maybe it should give a chance for people who dont pay for in game stuff,to have a chance against those who do,but F2P means that they have to make money from other thing than selling the game like B2P or paying to continue playing the game P2P.Make calcuations and you will see that if you would love the game and you would buy with real money,it could be the same way or close to P2P system. If you cant manage to pay for getting stuff with real money(like me) you should just stop crying about P2W.

Everyone have the right to say whatever they want (for now) but they dont think about the consequences of speaking freely, dont judge people only because they dont like whatever you like and backwards, even so…i seen many people speaking of how mighty they are and how much knowledge they have about something, and if someone speak bad about that thing, they start the war words :)),so they will do this and make others participate on those word fights and by doing this, they actually make others do the same thing and so on…
This is not good to speak like that, every word have consequences and some might do good and some might do bad things with people minds, just think twice then speak whatever you want.

I can only laugh on people who love games like this… why i hate anime? rasism? no i will tell you…
male characters look like girls with hairstyles like russian “gei” singer Dima Bilan, in every single anime
feemales have faces like 7 years old child, huge bobsters and carrying weapons bigger than burj khalifa and swingin’ like feather

Yo kiddo,if you dont like something just dont speak about others who love that thing, because in the eyes of other people you are the stupid here and not the contrary,so if i were you,i would shout my mouth and speak about actually other things than Harassing people.

Is called fan service, nothing new… you don’t have to like it, as long the majority does, they will keep producing games like this regardless of what you like. A company is not gonna’ make a game just to satisfy your needs.

You’re wondering why people like small anime girls with big boobs with a big sword? Is like asking why do people smoke? Because they like it, derp?

Mamson, if your opinion was remotely “mature” then no problem, but your opinion sounds like some kid who just saw a sequel to his favorite movie and it was disappointing. In other words: whining and hating without good arguments.

Anyways, some love it, some hate it. Majority of the games will be like this still, since there’s a huge market for it. We’ll see how this turns out. It doesn’t look too bad.

Ugh, i dislike Aeria Games. I don’t know why, but i do.

    • buggy on April 16, 2015

i can say i dislike every company with no exceptions, but i dont, its natural that a company to try make they`r money back and some profit, even if they sometimes exaggerate with P2W stuff(to say simplified),but this is the Era,maybe in future there will be games that some people like you would enjoy them. But i`l say, even in real life free stuff is not free at all, same with virtual world too.
