Explore Space In This Week's Free EGS Offering, The Open World RPG Rebel Galaxy
There's only one Epic Games Store freebie this week, but it's a pretty one. This week, the gaming platform is offering Double Damage Games' open world sci-fi RPG Rebel Galaxy. This single-player game is a space adventure filled with aliens, pirates, space anomalies, and lots of places to explore. Players can choose from a variety of roles ranging from the space-trader to privateer, or even combine traits to become a bit of everything.
Of course, you'll need to make money one way or another, because you have a ship to take care of, upgrade, and outfit if you want to keep exploring.
This isn't one of EGS's bigger freebie deals price-wise. It's a 6-year-old $20 game, but if you like space and have some free time, it might just be worth picking up.
