Final Lost Ark 2025 Roadmap Revealed: Raids, Region Merge, And New Progression Systems
NA server merge, Kazeros Raid, Proving Grounds Season 7, and new Ark Grid system.
The final part of Lost Ark’s 2025 roadmap has been revealed, highlighting a lineup of content for players of the free-to-play MMOARPG through Fall and Winter.
First up is the Region Merge of North America West and East, scheduled just before the October update. To make space for the influx of players and to resolve long-standing account inactivity, player names from idle accounts will be released and reassigned based on level, activity, and original claim.
Second, we got Story and raid content expansions. October introduces the Kazeros Raid Prelude: Destined Trajectory, a new questline that sets the stage for the battle against Kazeros. To participate, players will need to complete a number of earlier quests, including Rimeria and Hyper Awakening. Next comes Kazeros Raid Act 4, where players at Item Level 1700 or higher will face Echidna, followed by Armoche.
Third, November offers Kazeros Raid: Denouement – The Last Day. This will be the most challenging raid yet, debuting with a “First Difficulty” phase before unlocking the Final Day version once it is cleared. The first group to conquer it will receive exclusive titles, a nameplate, a trophy, and a city statue honoring their accomplishment.
Fourth, competitive PvP players will see the arrival of Proving Grounds Season 7, introducing the new Three Champions game mode along with standard rating adjustments and season rewards. Progression systems are set to evolve, too, with the Ark Grid — a feature that lets players combine Cores and Gems for powerful combat effects. Additional progression events, including the Kazeros Challenge, an Express event, and a revamped Mokoko Bootcamp, are planned as well.
