Lakan's Fury Brings Velik's Sanctuary Hard Mode To TERA June 6

TERA's next free content update, Lakan's Fury, will hit the game in a little under a week on June 6, adding two more end-game dungeons to the action-combat MMORPG. These include an all new solo dungeon titled Pit of Petrax and a hard mode version of Velik's Sanctuary.

Lakan's Fury introduces players to the evil reptilian god Lakan, who has broken out of prison to seek revenge against his cousin, Velik. Given the chance, Lakan will kill the goddess and it's up to the players to stop them. Those who do so will have a chance at high end gear.

For the more lone-wolf types, the Pit of Petrax offers a four-star difficulty solo dungeon adventure wherein players stand against the fangspawn Petrax for a chance at high-end accessories.

The update also balances four other dungeons and makes a variety of other technical changes to the game. More information on all of this can be found on the TERA site.
