Loki has joined Divine Knockout. (No, not the God of Mischief from the Marvel Universe...well, not exactly.)

Hi-Rez has added the master trickster to their third-person platform fighter game that’s stylized within the world of Gods and Mythology. He dual-wields daggers and dances around his foes with nimbleness, then strikes with accuracy. Loki is also a demon while in the air.

He has the power of invisibility and poison, with the ability to “Daze” — a new effect — his opponents. There’s also the “Explosive Me” attack which creates a clone of himself that explodes at will. As with the other playable characters, Loki is free to unlock with enough God tokens (or purchased with human currency, if desired).

This new update is available now. It also includes a new Knockout mode that features 3v3 battles. Additionally, a new type of cosmetics has been added: Banners. Last but not least, there have been several quality of life improvements added such as a Scoreboard which now displays a “Damage Done” column.
