Cerberus Is The Latest Ported God In Smite 2's Open Beta 7
The update also includes a bunch of new goodies for players, some of which are free.
Finally, the Warden of the Underworld, Cerberus, has made the jump from Titan Forge Games’ Smite to Smite 2. The god joins the F2P MOBA’s lineup, bringing his death-themed abilities with him. This includes things like stealing a portion of the heals meant for enemy players. Gotta love that whole ability to manipulate life forces thing.
The update, themed Tidy Tails, also introduces several new cosmetics to the game – all critter and… housekeeping themed. Examples include the Maid of Mischief Amaterasu Skin, the Maid to Kill Izanami Skin, and the Maid of Midnight Hecate Skin – all obviously Maid-themed.
Meanwhile, Danzaburou gets the Butler of the Bins skin. There are also items like the Feather Ruffler badge and the “Certified Clean” title, as well as the Sweeping the Floor Jump Stamp. Maybe this is the devs' way of telling players to go clean their rooms. Either way, the full list of new cosmetics, as well as details on Cerberus and changes in this patch, can be found on the Smite 2 site.
