MapleStory Preps Players For Server Merges With "Worlds Unite Academy Online Video Course"
Everything in MapleStory is cute: the characters, the monsters, the world, the server merges ... wait, what?
Yes, in what might be described as the best way to announce server merges, Nexon has created a web page that informs its players of the upcoming changes by way of a series of quizzes with video answers. The site poses five questions to players, answered in the various installments of the "Worlds Unite Academy Online Video Course." Classes, er, categories include Learning the Basics, Allotting Your Characters, Progression and Limits, Managing Your Shared Inventory, and Guilds and Rankings.
The World merges will happen on Aug. 28, so make sure to brush up on the curriculum so you're fully prepared when it happens. As an inventory management expert, though, I have to say I disagree with question #4. The best thing to do if you have a lot of items is clearly "Hoard them. Forever." Why choose anything else?
