MU Online Season 18 Part 1 Phase 2 Update Introduces Ignis Volcano Map
The new map allows players to collect Elemental Symbols.
Today, Webzen launched phase 2 of MU Online’s Season 18 Part 1 content, adding a new map to the MMORPG, Ignis Volcano. This map is filled with magma-covered monsters from the underground of Vulcanus. The region is unlocked after reaching Level 1,220.
Beginning today, the map allows players to collect Elemental Symbols – including Fire and Darkness Symbols. Players will want to take advantage of this now because this won’t be a permanent benefit. It will come to an end on September 29. Combining these Symbols will allow players to acquire an Elemental Box containing special items.
The update also brings with it a level cap increase to level 1,450. Players who reach that level before September 29 will receive a Limited-Edition Illusion Knight: Jacquard Munn via the Gremory case in the Season Level Reward Box. During that time a 30% XP boost event will be running, so that should make things easier.
