Neverwinter’s Masquerade Of Liars And Contest Of Liars Are Back With Some Small Changes
The oldest team will make way for a new one.
On October 24, the Masquerade Master returns to the Protector’s Enclave, bringing the Contest of Liars back to Neverwinter. Players of the MMORPG will want to see him out for details on what the event will require of them and what rewards they’ll receive for completing their tasks.
His return brings with it a slightly changed version of The Contest of Liars. While the event still has players deciding which of three factions to assist, it will no longer be splitting them on platforms based on the previous year’s performance. Instead, the team that has existed for the longest is removed to make room for a new one – in this case, Denizens of the Deep, led by Lloogoon. The other two teams are Clan of the Fallen, led by Felseah the Artful, and Dead but Delicious, led by Velden Blacksun.
Once a player chooses a team, they will complete daily quests and gather treats. At the end of the event, the team with the most treats wins and its members will receive a free gift and other rewards. A rundown of quests and rewards is available on the Neverwinter site.
