New World Forged in Aeternum ep 30

On this week's episode of Forged in Aeternum, the New World devs are answering your questions about Season 2 - Blood of the Sands. Game Director Scot Lane and Creative Director David Verfaillie are on screen this time answering questions for fans of the MMORPG.

We can expect the faction store to expand soon and more things to spend our faction tokens on are being added. In Season 3 they are adding another tier to the faction store.

There is a collection log for transmog, which will be coming in a future update. You'll be able to see all the transmogs available and use it as a sort of collection book. You'll be able to earn transmog tokens on the free part of the battle pass, as well as through Twitch Prime.

Resilience and Ward will be becoming exclusive to each other on gear so that both cannot be present at the same time.

The team hinted at new storage locations to replace the storage of First Light once that zone closes to be revamped. This hints at the two new zones that were datamined recently coming to the game in the upcoming expansion.

More rewards are coming to 3v3 arenas, Season 3 will be shaking up open world PvP hopefully in a major way. 3v3 arenas will also be getting improved rewards in the future.

They are looking into alternatives to make trophies easier to manage, including possibly removing the limit to how many you can have.

More difficult music is coming, specifically in the Summer Event.

Raid groups will not be enabled in OPR to prevent full groups coming in and wrecking a group of randoms.

Coming up next week, Dave is creating a video responding to changes to PvP combat and what they have planned for the future.
